Delivery Information

Overview

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day for orders received before 2pm GMT Monday – Friday.

For orders received after 2pm GMT Monday – Thursday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

For orders received after 2pm GMT on a Friday or Public Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Mainland Deliveries

For orders under the value of £50 we offer DPD Next Day Delivery at a cost of £4.95

For orders over the value of £50, delivery is FREE via DPD Next Day Delivery. DPD delivers Monday – Friday as standard (Next working day delivery does not include Saturday 's or bank holidays as a delivery day).

In summary – if you place your order before 2pm Monday-Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day.

Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday, if being delivered via DPD.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays).

Remote locations

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of shipping to remote areas of the UK we are unable to provide n shipping, but orders will usually be with you within 2-3 days depending on courier services.

We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DPD and monitor or make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.

BFPO Addresses

Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver orders to BFPO addresses, as our delivery service does not reach military postal locations overseas.
